Does anybody knows what company sells, what store or where I can buy yucca/cassava/manioc (different names it has been assigned) flower??? I wanna make yucca bread and I need this ingredient and I have no clue where to find it!!!
Yucca itself its easy to find, they sell it frozen or even fress raw in the supermarkets but the flower is the problem????
Where can I find yuca flower in the states???
I think they might sell them at home depot garden place or armstrong garden place.
Reply:The "yucca flower" is the state flower of New Mexico.
You can buy it here.
Also Both the latin market and the health food store near you will sell Yucca flour. If you have a Latin market near you, they'll have it there. If not, check the health food store. They'll be more expensive than the Latin market, but they may even order it if you request it/pester them enough.
Reply:ok well heres a place you can buy the plant itself. . . .

They sell yucca's, and a lot of other things, lol. But it is the only place that I have heard of people i know buying from. enjoy.
Reply:Yuca FLOUR can be found in the ethnic section of many major grocery stores.
Particularly if you live in an area heavily populated by folks from the Caribbean.
