What the name of this flower ?
I believe it is a Sedum sp.

It is not Crassula falcata.... C. falcata has flat leaves and the flowers are very different...

Reply:Jade flowers are white/pinkish in color and form in clusters. This looks similar to a Jade, but it is not.

I'm sorry, but I am unable to find a source that gives the name of this particular plant so all I can add is what it isn't :)
Reply:It looks like a Jade plant, I have one, but, it never bloomed.
Reply:I actually looks like my Jade tree, but my mom has a "christmas cactus" which flowers much in the same way.
