What is the name of flowering plant that vines (leaves like cucumber plant) small yellow flower w/black center

This plant will vine up a trellas, bloomed alot during the late spring, but now seems to be dying out. The seller told me it was a Thumbellina, but it doesn't look like one that I have looked up on the net.

Reply:There's a similar plant in my mother's yard that turned out to be a weed - clammy chokecherry or Physalis heterophylla. It vines %26amp; small yellow flowers. I've found a couple sites on the web that sell it.
